WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TECHNICAL TRAINER Job description - You are the in-house expert on Makita products and you are responsible for developing and updating the technical product knowledge of the employees and our dealers.
- You organize and plan the workshops and trainings both in-house for the Makita employees and on-site at our customers/dealers throughout Belgium.
- You develop the workshops and trainings required, of both existing products and new products/technologies, always with a view to an optimal customer experience and with the company's vision in mind.
- You provide the training material, using contemporary tools (powerpoint).
- Continuously updating own knowledge and making technical expertise available to colleagues in order to ensure the knowledge development of employees
- You report to the Sales and Marketing Manager
Profile - You have experience in providing training in the different national languages (Dutch/French).
- The following talents will certainly come in handy in this job: enthusiasm, cooperation, working independently, creativity and strong oral and written communication.
- Above all, you are eager to learn and driven to transfer your knowledge and passion for Makita products.
- You speak and write fluently Dutch/French and English.
