- Define & implement procurement strategies for electrification & automation projects
- Negotiate supplier contracts to secure competitive pricing & reliability
- Optimize supply chain performance through KPI tracking & reporting
- Develop and manage supplier relationships for efficiency and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards
- Drive digitalisation & innovation in procurement work flows
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, and project management)
Profiel
Qualities of a Successful Candidate
- Educational Background: Master's degree in engineering, procurement, or supply chain
- Experience: 5+ years in strategic procurement within a technical or industrial sector
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with electrification, automation, or energy infrastructure
- Strong Negotiation & Analytical Skills to optimize procurement costs
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Tech & Digital Mindset: Passion for supplier innovation & process optimization
- Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams
