We are currently looking for a Team Leader KYx to manage a team that helps mitigate the company's reputational risk through their expertise in KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYI (Know Your Intermediaries) compliance matters.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, communicating with, coaching, organizing, planning, and handling the administrative follow-up for your team.
Profiel
- You are an excellent people manager with strong leadership skills. You are dynamic, independent, creative, attentive, and resilient under stress, with a passion for coaching.
- You have strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
- You possess a critical and logical mindset.
- You are results-oriented, proactive, and have analytical thinking skills.
- You are bilingual (French/Dutch), both spoken and written. A good command of English is a plus.
- You enjoy versatility, have achieved a high level of expertise in your tasks, and are eager to learn new skills.
- Experience in team leadership or supervision is an additional advantage.
