Solution Owner – Marketing Automation & CRM to work with our client, and help shape the future of their marketing solutions. If you love working at the intersection of technology and marketing, and enjoy collaborating with both business and technical teams, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you will do:- Act as the go-to person for marketing technology solutions, ensuring our client’s systems evolve with business needs and market trends.
- Own and manage marketing platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms), ensuring the technology aligns with the broader MarTech ecosystem.
- Capture and translate marketing business needs into clear, actionable plans that can be implemented by technical teams, or in some cases by yourself.
- Develop and steer a roadmap to improve marketing campaign management and customer interaction systems.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams and engineers to ensure solutions are efficiently implemented, from design to final validation.
- Keep an eye on the platform’s performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing technology trends, bringing fresh ideas and opportunities to the table.
What we are looking for:- Solid understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and their integrations within a larger MarTech ecosystem (experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus).
- Experience in managing marketing technology projects (around 2 years or more is ideal, but we’re open to various backgrounds).
- Great communication skills—you can translate complex ideas into clear and understandable concepts for different teams.
- A natural team player who enjoys working with people across different functions, from marketing to technical teams.
- Ability to think pragmatically and solve problems efficiently, with a focus on making solutions customer-centric.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, and either French or Dutch.
