Our client is based in the Antwerp area and is evolving in the Telecommunications Infrastructure industry

As a Junior Product Lead, you will play a key role in supporting product innovation and technology leadership. You will work closely with senior team members to analyze market trends, support product development, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing market trends and identifying emerging technologies.


• Support the development and implementation of product roadmaps.


• Help maintain and reinforce our technology leadership with customers.


• Participate in product testing and evaluation of both internal developments and manufacturer solutions.


• Work closely with sales and purchasing teams to ensure smooth collaboration.


• Contribute to the development of new products and assist in managing product-related projects.


• Provide field support to the sales team and offer technical insights to customers.


• Assist in managing the product portfolio, including pricing, positioning, and promotion (4P's).


• Present technological innovations internally and externally.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (engineering or related disciplines).


• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the telecommunication infrastructure world.


• Industry knowledge in fiber optics, broadband expansion, or utilities.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Team player with a hands-on mentality.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch


• Knowledge of French is a plus.


• Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
