(Senior) Customer Service Representative

- Maintain daily contact with our international customers, fostering strong relationships.
- Enter orders into the ERP system and monitor their status across departments.
- Prepare all necessary documentation, including customs documents, health certificates, certificates of origin, invoices, and packing lists.
- Communicate frequently with transport companies, forwarders, and customs agents to arrange road, container, and air transport, providing them with the correct documents.
- Support sales team with contacting clients, assisting in the organisation of fairs.
- Proactive follow up of clients with regards to orders, forecasting and planning.
- You have about 5-10 years of experience in an export-related environment.
- You have a background in customer service and are familiar with the necessary export documentation.
- You can work independently but are also a true team player.
- You have a proactive, positive attitude and are a natural problem solver.
- You excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing your time effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. Proficiency in French is required, any additional languages are a plus.
