Security Manager - Industry - Full pack (incl car)
Functieomschrijving
The Security Manager will be in charge to:
- Carry out security risk assessments of processes and facilities / sites (own and 3° parties)
- Develop, implement and maintain security related company group's internal procedures, Management Systems and other standards (CTPAT, ISO28000, AEO, BASC, ISPS, etc)
- Produce reports and documents based on different inputs: statements of facts, pictures, evidences
- Keep departmental emails/correspondence up to date
- Maintain regular contact with domestic security law enforcement bodies
- Regular reporting to corporate security function at HQ in Switzerland
- Promote a deep security culture within the organization
- Travel to local sites for training/assessment purposes (provide and receive)
- Carry out security drill
Profiel
The Security Manager we are looking for has/is:
- Fluent English & Dutch language command (must have), knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Previous background and experience on security related issues in an active position
- Knowledge of security management systems and standards (e.g. ISO2801, CTPAT, BASC, ISPS)
- Understanding of logistic environments : processes , stakeholders, vulnerabilities
- Capacity to produce static and dynamic Risk Assessment and subsequent reports / action plans
- Capacity to communicate and train teams on key security topics
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Availability and readiness to travel to local destinations upon short notice if so required
