We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to strengthen our position and deliver qualitative services to our future clients in this market. Your responsibilities? As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for generating leads and creating new sales opportunities in the higher customer segment for the company. You serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in identifying prospects and transform those to highly qualified sales leads, that can lead to sales success. 1. Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand upcoming campaigns, target audience personas, and messaging strategies.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns.
2. Campaign Planning:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan lead generation campaigns, including determining target audience, messaging, timing, and distribution channels.
3.Prospecting & Outreach:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels such as social media, online directories, company websites, and networking events.
- Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, social media messages, and other communication channels to introduce the company's products or services.
4.Qualification:
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their level of interest, budget, authority, and need (MEDDPICC).
- Transforming prospects into highly qualified leads and high value appointments for the Sales Executives
5.Lead Nurturing:
- Engage with leads through ongoing communication to build relationships, provide relevant information, and address their needs and concerns.
6.Follow-Up:
- Conduct timely and persistent follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
7.Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, including notes, contact information, and next steps, in the CRM system.
