Who are you in our On IT! Story? The Resource and Project Planning Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that resources are effectively allocated and that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This role involves the planning and follow-up of System engineers on different projects and on-site delivery tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Allocate and manage ICT resources effectively to ensure customer success.
Coordinate with Competence Center teamleads and other stakeholders to oversee detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all planning related activities, ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT resource planning and project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of ICT infrastructure and resource management. Proficiency in project management Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Fluent in NL/FR/ENG
