Projectmanager (multidiscipline)

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering a multidisciplary portfolio, but with a strong emphasis to Civil and Utilities improvement and CAPEX projects You are able to take every project from concept or feasibility study over design/engineering to a RFQ package, ready for tendering and procurement. After that, your vendor management skills bring the project to the execution/installation phase and finally, you own the commissioning process and move every project towards the final handover. You are responsible for project scope, budget and timing in a safe & qualitative way You drive the implementation of the most actual innovative energy reduction and sustainability techniques You will be responsible for (internal & external) stakeholder-management and managing all project controls (scope, budget, planning, risk (mitigation) management, scope changes, …). You drive cross-functional project meetings, steering internal and external stakeholders You will act as Owner’s representative for our client and will be part of a bigger local project team. The projects you will be involved in as a Project Manager will be mainly in the Food industry A pilar based methology (IL6S) experience is a plus

You have a Master’s degree in Engineering or a Technical Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
You are an experienced project engineer (process and/or utilities engineer) with strong affinity to project management
You are open to further develop yourself towards a project management certification (PMBOK, PMP, …)
You have good people management skills
As a Project Manager you have a proactive ‘make-it-happen’ mentality
You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment
You are flexible to travel within Belgium
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project is a plus
You speak fluently Dutch and English
