Payroll Specialist
Functieomschrijving
Tasks:
* Process the monthly payroll for our workers and employees in collaboration with our social secretariat;
* Handle monthly reporting;
* Manage and control time registration;
* Assist in the management of group and hospitalization insurance, ensuring information is up-to-date;
* Stay informed about social legislation and ensure its correct application;
* Proactively think about optimizing and automating our payroll processes;
* Advise and support our HR colleagues with payroll-related questions;
* Participate in various HR projects.
Profiel
* You are analytical, precise, and accurate;
* You can handle sensitive and confidential information;
* You have good knowledge of E-Blox and Protime;
* Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus;
* You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a significant advantage;
* You have excellent knowledge of Excel and Office;
* You are a team player and can be flexible with working hours during payroll closing periods.
