Payroll Coordinator

Together with your Payroll colleague you will be the driving force behind our Payroll and HR Payroll Administration. Your key areas of focus will include Payroll, our HRIS system, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Employee Administration and Reporting. Your Responsibilities: - You are responsible for our essential Payroll activities for EMEA blue collars and white collars. You work closely with your colleague HR payroll coordinator to coordinate payroll activities within EMEA and handle day-to-day HR administrative processes. - You manage backend HR payroll administration and transaction activities, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. - You process the Employee lifecycle within the organization, Benefits Administration, Payroll and the interface with our T&A systems. - You support policy governance for your Payroll responsibility. - You assist employees and management in resolving HR administration issues and maintaining the HR information system. - You provide reporting for business and the HR colleagues. - You participate in Projects and standardize policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Profiel
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or Human Resources. - You have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of E-Blox is a significant advantage. - You have strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation. - You are a Native Dutch speaker with fluency in English; French is a plus. - You have strong analytical skills, demonstrated by your Excel proficiency and ability to interpret data quickly. - You value clear and respectful communication and find energy in helping colleagues. You are a team player with a positive attitude and a healthy critical mind. - You have a high energy level, you are adaptable, collaborative, and are a reliable personality. - You like to work customer-oriented and autonomously, and you don't hesitate to launch fresh ideas.
