Our Operations department is currently looking for an OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER:
The Operations Team Leader ensures the proper preparation and follow-up of their team's activities in accordance with the applicable company standards. They manage the distribution of work to achieve the weekly objectives and any priorities communicated by the Operations Shift Manager and/or the Operations Manager.
Profiel
*You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment with team management;
*Secondary education with a technical orientation or equivalent through experience;
*You preferably have knowledge of jet engine maintenance;
*You are familiar with quality systems, internal processes (Part 145), and have a basic knowledge of Safety, Hygiene, and Environment;
*You have knowledge of common software (MS Office, ERP);
*You work in the workshop using a computer for products (parts, engines, modules, tools, etc.) according to your field of activity;
*You have a good command of English French and Dutch.
*Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work & residence permit. Please note that we do not provide assistance with visa or permit applications.
