Our Operations department is currently looking for an OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER:The Operations Team Leader ensures the proper preparation and follow-up of their team's activities in accordance with the applicable company standards. They manage the distribution of work to achieve the weekly objectives and any priorities communicated by the Operations Shift Manager and/or the Operations Manager. Your role:
- You organize and supervise the work within your team (technical performers: Jet Engine Mechanics, Inspectors, and Repair Operators) alternating between two shifts;
- You provide practical support to the team on the engine or engine sub-assembly using equipment specific to the field of activity;
- You participate in on-the-job team meetings, ensuring problem resolution and continuous improvement of the production process;
- You regularly communicate with the Operations Shift Manager about important matters related to the daily functioning of your team and ensure handover to guarantee the smooth continuity of activities;
- You ensure and verify that safety, hygiene, quality rules and work regulations are properly applied within the company;
- You continuously evaluate the performance and attitude of your team members and provide guidance for continuous improvement;
- You regularly and effectively communicate with support services, management, Safran Group, instructors, and potential subcontractors.
