ON-SITE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

- You have a strong background in IT or already had your first professional experience in a similar role

- You are the go-to person for family and friends when they have questions related to their laptop, internet, mobile phone or anything which is connected with an electric cable for that matter.
- Can you solve their issues in Dutch, French and English.
- Aren’t you scared of the adventures on our Belgian roads.
- Obtained an IT related degree or have an equivalent relevant experience.
- Are passionate about IT and are willing to constantly improve or extend your skills.
- Have experience with hard- and software diagnostic and repair.
- You have a good expertise with all technologies related to digital workplace (MS Windows, MS Office applications, networking, automation, PCs, smartphones, unified communication,…).
- Providing first or second level support for all IT-related incidents and requests
- Acting as a proficient intermediary between users and service providers.
- Performing issue diagnosis and deliver clear and concise solutions for known issues whether it is on-site, via remote desktop, phone, email or live chat.
- Ensuring that incidents & requests are properly identified, logged, assigned, and responded to in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.
- Updating and optimizing documentation/knowledge base.
- Escalating service requests and incidents to back-office support teams or partners when required.
