What does the job entail:
- Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Receiving and processing electronic mail.
- Managing official document archives in an organised and secure manner.
- Organisation of Team Building events.
- Carrying out specific research for management or owners.
- Creating professional presentations using presentation software.
- Formatting reports and documents for effective visual presentation.
- Modernisation and development of the website.
- Social networks: monitoring and active participation (LinkedIn, etc.).
Profiel
Language skills:
- Excellent command of French and English.
- Good knowledge of Dutch (an asset).
Qualifications required:
- Previous experience in administrative management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
