We're actively seeking an Office Manager to join the benerail team at our Antwerp office. The ideal candidate will primarily support the Finance Officer and the HR responsible by handling various administrative tasks. Additionally, this person will ensure that the office runs smoothly. As an Office Manager at benerail, you'll become part of a stable organization with a start-up mentality – the best of both worlds!

For this job, we consider the mindset and the willingness to grow to be more important than the starting experience. At benerail there is room for self-development. We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. We are here to train you and give you space to explore this function. We do have some skills on our wishlist, though, for this position:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Hands-on
- Eye for precision in administrative tasks
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Basic knowledge of Business Central
- Basic understanding of financial principles and HR practices
- Knowledge of English (a must, both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
