Role Summary:Office administrator will essentially ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and support the day-to-day admin/financial tasks. She/he will be in charge of a wide variety of administrative work, such as managing orders in ERP system, following up on mails, managing telephone calls, invoices, payments, etc. Office administrator is flexible and willing to provide her/his help where it is needed. Ambition, ability to learn fast, efficiency, versatility, responsibility and reliability are important ingredients that you will bring to the party. Responsibilities: · Processing emails, files and documents (recording, sorting, distribution and archiving) · Processing sales orders (manage ERP system and organize transportation) · Management of service supplies and office equipment · Receiving, processing and directing telephone calls and messages · Assisting exhibitions, training & meetings (therefore it's not a 100% 9-5 job) Your competences: · Be interested in construction/ power tools · Strong communication skills and familiar with MS Office · Ability to effectively communicate and work in English & Dutch & French (compulsory) · Based in Belgium, max. 40km within the office (9420 Erpe-Mere) Your desired characteristics: · A mbitious and interested in construction industry (also willing to learn) · Strong written and verbal communication and clear-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages · Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment · Excellent organizational skills. Ability to stay calm in difficult situations · Proactive, flexible, and creative, patient, solution oriented · Reliable and respect the importance of confidentiality · Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with peers
