- You activate social and online channels, including social selling, by building and leveraging a local influencer network to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- You support the eCommerce Manager in accelerating digital sales to expand the online presence and reach.
- You implement and manage social media campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and website traffic.
- You develop and manage content for newsletters, targeting key audiences to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- You drive influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to create new partnerships, boost traffic, and extend the brand’s digital reach.
- You analyze performance metrics and optimize digital campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Trade Marketing
- You drive the marketing activities in Belgium and France, ensuring effective strategies to support business growth in these regions.
- You collaborate closely with sales, product, and key customers to drive trade activation, aligning efforts with overall business objectives.
- You develop customized activation plans with key accounts, adjusted to their specific needs and market demands.
- You manage distribution and end-user education, including organizing and participating in trade shows to showcase products effectively.
- You serve as a business partner to the local sales teams and be a key member of the marketing organization, ensuring smooth coordination and support.
- You act as a sparring partner to the Product Communication and POS teams, ensuring the local impact of centrally developed assets and adapting them to regional needs.
- You report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager of the hardware business unit Hultafors.
Profiel
- You have proven experience in marketing, preferably in a commercial or product-driven environment.
- You have experience in both digital marketing and trade marketing, with a strong understanding of the latest trends in online marketing and the execution of effective trade activations.
- You have intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and can independently create marketing materials.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with stakeholders in both countries.
- You are driven, creative, and results-oriented, with a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns.
