What are your tasks?

• Website Management & Optimization: Perform site updates, conduct audits to identify bugs, and implement fixes and improvements.


• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT for new functionalities to ensure smooth implementation.


• Content Development & Coordination: Develop content briefs for the business calendar and coordinate with the creative agency for timely deliveries.


• E-commerce Calendar Management: Assist in planning and maintaining the e-commerce calendar, ensuring timely execution of promotional activities.


• Market Analysis & Reporting: Compare competitors, examine best practices, and help report and consolidate KPIs and performance trends for internal stakeholders.

This is the profile of the Marketing Assistant we are looking for:

• A Master's degree or equivalent work experience in an e-commerce environment is preferred.


• Fluency in English is a must. A second European language (French, Spanish or German) is desirable.


• You have a strong interest in communication and ecommerce business.


• Experience with the Shopify platform, Google Analytics 4 and Klaviyo is desirable.


• You have advanced knowledge of Excel.
