MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION OFFICER You will be instrumental in crafting and executing communication strategies that align with LIFEPOWR’s goals. You will manage our brand's voice across various channels and ensure our message resonates with our audience. An idea of what’s ahead of you:
- You are responsible for LIFEPOWR’s communication planning in support of the chosen strategy and goals
- You are the creator, the coordinator and the executor of our communication campaigns and marketing projects, and you guarantee a close follow-up
- You take care of the day-to-day communications via different channels: social media, emails, blogs, newsletters,… and make sure our website is always up to date.
- You monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the CCO.
- You write, edit, and produce content, such as blog posts, videos, and testimonials, ensuring a consistent tone and message.
- You support the development of the customer journey, including gathering and analyzing client feedback.
- You coordinate collaborations with third parties such as marketing agencies
Profiel
What we are looking for: Soft skills:
- You like to take ownership in your responsibilities, you are a self-starter within the freedom we give you
- You have an analytical and innovative mind, combined with a structured way of working
- You are strong in high-level planning and you have a long-term focus
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You are experienced in setting up marketing and communications campaigns in support of strategic goals
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and email marketing tools.
- Knowledge of website management, including SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of Odoo is a plus!
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
