Functieomschrijving
As Marcom Specialist you will :
- oversee the full communication strategy, from concept development to execution, ensuring all messaging aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
- create targeted marketing campaigns by identifying key messages, selecting the right channels, and optimizing them based on performance data.
- plan and coordinate internal and external events, managing logistics, vendor relations, and promotion to ensure successful execution.
- support the sales team by developing marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and email campaigns, helping them engage and inform potential clients.
- collaborate with teams such as Creative, IT, and Research to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of all projects.
Profiel
The successful Marcom Specialist has the following profile :
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or media, with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and craft innovative solutions. You are proactive, client-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Perfect command of Dutch and French, fluent in English.
