As a Logistics Assistant you will be in charge of the complete logistical flow. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth logistics operations and providing outstanding support to our customers. As the primary point of contact, you will help manage daily logistics tasks, troubleshoot issues in SAP, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate problem resolution.
Tasks:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to maintain high satisfaction.
- Order Management: Process orders, coordinate shipments, and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Problem Solving in SAP: Identify and resolve logistical issues in SAP, ensuring all information is updated and accurate.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking stock levels and coordinating with warehouse teams to manage inventory effectively.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including shipping documents and invoices.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Our client is looking for a Logistics Assistant that :
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- SAP Proficiency: Solid experience using SAP for logistics or inventory management is essential.
- Customer-Focused: Strong communication skills with a proven ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
