Functieomschrijving
As a logistics and administrative assistant (M/F) you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will manage the transport of various raw materials using different means of locomotion;
- You will negotiate with transport companies;
- You will support the team of sales managers;
- Take care of administrative management: orders, official documents,
- You manage stocks;
- You carry out standard secretarial tasks: filing, archiving, etc.
Profiel
As a logistics and administrative assistante, you have the following qualities and skills:
- You would like to work in an operational department;
- You are fluent in French and English; any other language would be an advantage;
- You are comfortable with and have a good knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- You are eager to learn, flexible, versatile and responsible;
- You are organized and structured;
- You have a sense of priorities and are able to control stress;
- You are a team player and communicate well.
Aanbod
- A temporary contract with a view to a permanent contract;
- Full-time schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a one-hour break;
- Salary based on parity commission 200, luncheon vouchers and ecocheques;
