Job Description

• Lead a team of technicians and laboratory assistants to meet client needs while adhering to timelines, budget, and quality standards.


• Foster a collaborative and effective team environment to achieve goals and uphold workflow standards.


• Develop our technical team, guiding them toward greater efficiency and accountability.


• Collaborate with technical category managers to identify the most effective ways to support category projects and implement the innovation pipeline from an applications resources perspective.


• Ensure tasks are properly executed and prioritize effectively with the team, promoting a continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative spirit.


• Maintain high-quality standards in the lab and work to improve our processes.

Candidate Profile

• A relevant experience in team management, with responsibility for leading teams with diverse expertise and backgrounds.


• A product development experience within the beverage industry.


• A degree in a scientific field (chemistry, biochemistry, food sciences)


• Proficiency in both French English


• Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities across all levels—from workshop to executive management—a solid understanding of business issues, and a well-established technical network.


• Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset
