- Build the annual business plan in collaboration with the Sales Manager
- Develop action plans for the customer via market reviews and assortment recommendations
- Anticipate with the Sales manager major developments in the medium term and build scenarios
- Analyze and implement opportunities with clients
- Analyze, prepare, negotiate and evaluate annual agreements
- Translate the Marketing Plan into concrete proposals for the client
- Presentations of the proposed market analyzes
- Manage budgets, rebate policy, etc. for these customers optimally
- Work with Trade Marketing to make the best use of the data made available
- Approve invoices and track expenses
- Inform the Sales Assistant of actions, promotions, assortment, etc.
- Updating "customer conditions" documents and communicating on this subject
- Inform the Sales department about the negotiation and customer requests (report of customer visits)
- Inform other departments (Supply, marketing, international teams) about negotiations, actions, assortment, conditions, etc.
Profiel
- Master in Economics or Business Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales including 1-2 years in customer management, ideally 1 of the top 3 customers (Carrefour, Delhaize, Colruyt) or hard discount
- Have a strong interest and affinity for dairy products
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
- Good communication, oral and written.
- Accuracy, overview, analytical mind, with critical thinking and the ability to interpret data.
- Organizational and pragmatism skills.
- Able to work independently, organize your schedule, proactive and creative
- Team spirit, desire to contribute, to collaborate, always with a sense of a job well done.
- Bilingual (written and spoken) French (mother tongue) and Dutch. Good knowledge of English.
