For a dynamic family office fund with focus on long-term buy-and-build private equity direct investments, we are looking for an Investment Manager to be involved in deal sourcing, analysis, deal execution and long term portfolio management.

Analysis (30%):
- Identify and evaluate add-on deals or new initiatives originating from your network.
Analysis (30%):
- Organize market studies, financial modeling, and valuation of investment opportunities.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis and operational assessments.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment commitee.
- Assist in all aspects of deal execution, including market and financial due diligence, structuring, bank financing, and contract negotiation.
- Support the preparation of transaction documentation and closing processes.
- Work closely with portolio company management teams to execute value creation plans.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, including financial performance, operational metrics and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in identifying growth opportunities, operational improvements, and value creation strategies.
Profiel
- Master’s degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field with excellent academic credentials
- Min 4 years of consulting or business experience, with a focus on change management, strategy, and general management.
- Strong understanding and analytical skills in company financials and data.
- Passion for business and investments.
- Well-organized, meticulous, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Awareness of cultural and interpersonal differences in management styles with a pragmatic and humble approach.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: You have a natural tendency to take initiative within the boundaries of the team scope, driven by self-motivation and a positive “can do”atude.
