We are currently seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Westvlees. As a Technician, you will play a vital role in performing technical repairs, maintenance, and installations to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.
- Conduct diagnostic tests, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions or failures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and calibration
- Collaborate with other team members to identify technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations throughout all repair and maintenance activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, answering questions and resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations, as necessary
Profiel
- This position requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in repairs and maintenance
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently or in team, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment when necessary
- Flexibility to work on-call or during non-standard hours, if necessary
