Let's talk business · Ready to take on the world? Because in this role you’ll implement MES systems at our customers in the plastics and textile industry worldwide. This includes both new installations as implementing upgrades. · When at the HQ in Belgium, you’ll be prepping installations and fine-tuning applications to ensure a smooth installation at the customer. · You’ll install and configure the software on-site, taking into account the specific needs of the customer. You’ll be a guru to our customers: you’ll guide, train and support them when they start using our systems. · You will be part of a larger worldwide team but in this role your colleagues from the Installation and Service team and the Development team will be your work besties.
Profiel
Let's talk you · You have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, NMCT, electronics or have an equivalent knowledge gained through hands-on experience. We also offer technically skilled school leavers the opportunity to embark on an adventure with us. · Knowledge of Windows systems and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus, just like basic knowledge of MES or ERP systems. · You enjoy traveling and are interested to meet other cultures. You will spend on average 20% per year with our customers. · As an autonomous, customer-oriented, and stress-resistant individual, you thrive on finding solutions and delivering top-notch service. Fluent communication and killer teamwork skills are a must. · You can express yourself practically in different languages.
