Our client is an European investment management firm focused on digital infrastructure and technology growth. With a strategic presence in Luxembourg, the firm plays a key role in financing the digital transformation across Europe. They are actively looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager.

• IT Operations management: oversee the smooth and secure operation of IT system, ensure reliability of IT Operations, manage IT incident


• IT Security & Risk Management: implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and controls.


• Take ownership of DORA implementation projects


• Act as the primary liaison with external IT service providers


• Define, monitor, and report on service level agreements (SLAs)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field


• 2+ years of experience in IT operations


• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and ITIL practices.


• Ideally experience in IT risk management


• Familiarity with DORA requirements and EU financial regulation is a strong advantage.


• Strong analytic mindset, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
