About the job Our support desk is the prime contact point for approximately 1.700 users over 4 continents.Our aim is to help our users as fast as possible through remote support, with occasional onsite visits. The support desk manages alle ICT non-applicative incidents and changes. This covers first & second line support and managing third line external partners. Furthermore all changes to the workplace are also executed here. As ICT Service Delivery Engineer:
- You provide first- and second-line support to end-users, including dedicated support for hardware and software issues at our headquarters
- You are responsible for workplace management with a focus on providing and deploying hardware
- You coordinate technical support for production hardware globally, especially for (label) printing and scanning systems for the different sites.
- You manage and implement complex changes to systems, including working with Intune
- You participate in projects related to workplace management and production hardware optimization.

- You have an academic background in IT and at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
- You have strong knowledge of Intune for device management and are familiar with Cloud connectivity solutions.
- You find it easy to absorb and transfer knowledge and have a natural drive to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
- Fluency in Dutch & English. French would be an added bonus.
