As a HR Assistant you'll be responsible for:
- First point of contact for employees regarding HR requests
- Assist the HR team in recruitment & trainings
- Manage the onboarding & offboarding
- Support the optimisation of HR processes & projects
- Manage general HR administration (employee files, contracts, social documents...)
Profiel
- You are passionate about HR
- You have an excellent level of English & French &/or Dutch
- You have a high school degree or Bachelor in any related fields
- A first experience or internship in HR or administration is a plus
- Autonomy & proactivity describe you perfectly!
