Group Sales & Marketing Manager with a passion for the leisure sector!
The job in a nutshell This is a newly created position, reporting into, and working closely with the CEO. The
Group Sales and Marketing Manager (GSMM) will take full ownership for driving all commercial and marketing aspects of Vintia’s operations. The GSMM will be instrumental in developing a clear plan of growth, optimizing profitability, ensuring accurate pipeline qualification, customer relationship development, pricing, and revenue management.
- Lead the sales and marketing teams to establish Vintia as a global leader in ticketing & booking solutions, including (re-)defining target markets, customer segments, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and stay ahead of competitive trends.
- Drive the development of marketing campaigns, branding, and communication strategies to effectively position Vintia’s products and solutions in the market.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Be the Vintia ambassador by committing to business related organizations and associations, sit within member committees and associations and present at industry events.
What makes you unique? - Proven track record of success in a (senior) commercial leadership role within a technology-focused software company, with a strong emphasis on commercialization and revenue growth.
- International (sales/commercial) experience is a must. You have experience to drive and execute an international go-to-market strategy.
- A natural passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing individuals and building a team ethos that focuses on core business outcomes
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to forge and nurture relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, decision making, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to identify both commercial opportunities and financial issues that could affect the business
- Fluent in English and French. German and/or Dutch are an important asset.
