End-to-End Supply Chain Process Owner to join our team. In this role you will act as a bridge between the business and our functional SAP team, ensuring seamless implementation and change management. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving continuous improvement. You will report directly to the Global Supply Chain Director.
Your responsibilities - Collaborate with functional SAP architects and analysts to understand system capabilities and business requirements.
- Oversee and document end-to-end supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure the successful implementation of supply chain changes and new processes within the business.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor supply chain effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain processes.
- Provide strategic direction and support to business users on new processes and system functionalities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Report regularly to the Global Supply Chain Director on process performance and improvement initiatives.
