Functieomschrijving
As Event & Digital Marketing Officer you will:
- Manage and maintain the ticketing system to ensure a smooth ticket sales (sale launches and operations)
- Develop, implement and optimize digital marketing strategies to ensure online presence and to promote diverse events (social media, e-mail marketing, SEO, etc.)
- Attend various events to be in contact with the customers, ensuring a smooth use of their tickets
- be the point of contact regarding the ticketing for all external parties that wishes to organize an event
- Ensure that everything goes smoothly during sales launches but also during events
Profiel
A successful Event & Digital Marketing Officer should have:
- A degree in Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Digital marketing
- Experience in event organization is a big plus
- Perfect command of Dutch & French
- A hand's on mentality
- Good analytical skills & communicative skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
