PLANT CONTROLLER

My client is a Belgian company specializing in the food production over more than 50 countries around the world.

PLANT CONTROLLER

As a Senior Plant Controller, your main tasks will be :

Business Controlling

• Analyze and report P&L results for two business units


• Ensure accurate financial reporting and performance tracking


• Review financial results and discuss insights with senior management


• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis


• Provide financial support for strategic projects and business optimization


• Coach and develop junior team members

Plant Controlling

• Act as the finance partner for production sites, ensuring cost control and efficiency


• Monitor manufacturing costs, variances, and production KPIs


• Optimize inventory valuation, material costs, and CAPEX investments


• Implement and improve costing models for better profitability analysis


• Work closely with operations, supply chain, and procurement teams


• Support process automation and digitalization for financial reporting

PLANT CONTROLLER

The Successful Applicant

• You have a Master's degree in Finance, Business Engineering, or a related field


• You have at least 5 years of experience in Controlling, ideally with exposure to Plant Controlling


• A background in Audit, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance is a strong plus


• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English


• You have a solid knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence tools


• You have a strong analytic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach
