Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt responses to queries.


• Prepare client reviews and assist with the onboarding process for new clients.


• Maintain and update client records in compliance with KYC/AML standards.


• Administrative and Operational Support:


• Assist the Private Banker with the preparation of presentations, portfolio reviews, and other client-related documents.


• Monitor client accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and the Private Banker.


• Coordination with Internal Teams:


• Liaise with internal departments (investment, legal, compliance) to facilitate client services.


• Ensure proper execution of investment decisions, transfers, and account adjustments.


• Market and Client Research:


• Support the Private Banker by gathering financial market insights and preparing analysis for client discussions.

A successful Middle Office candidate should have:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field


• Knowledge of banking and financial services


• Excellent client service skills


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Proficiency in MS Office applications


• Ability to work in a team environment


• Excellent communication skills in English and French
