Our client is looking for a Field Sales Manager to join their team and drive their business development efforts across Belgium.
As Field Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, specifically focusing on expanding operations across Belgium, including significant growth potential in Flanders.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of major clients.
- Conduct on-site client visits to understand their needs, assess facilities, take measurements, and prepare detailed proposals and project specifications.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 5 sales professionals.
- Organize and drive team activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Strategic Contribution:
- Act as a key contributor to the company's growth and success.
- Work closely with leadership to implement strategies that maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- A "hunter" mindset with a proven track record in business development, combining strategic thinking with hands-on client engagement.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team, while remaining highly operational and actively involved in the field meeting clients.
- Fluent in French and Dutch (or a good command of Dutch)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience in a B2B services environment (or in an industrial cleaning services company)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a complex, multi-entity organization.
- Strong initiative mindset and the desire to grow and evolve within the company
