Task Responsibilities

ERP

IT infrastructure/MS office

• To provide relevant data to the users with a very high level of uptime of hard-and software, through the proper functioning of IT systems in place and making upgrades as necessary.
• Maintain user access privileges in accordance with system security policies.
• Assure licensing and consistency of corporate software
• Assure that IT group policy is followed
• Safeguard company data and ensure adequate levels of backup & recovery are being completed
• Establish service level agreements with suppliers and internal customers as required to maintain the day to day functioning of network and peripherals.

Power BI

• Maintain and develop key users ww to assure in depth knowledge of the business processes
• To design, develop, train and implement an IT-(infra-) structure that supports the overall business, and creates the transparency within the organization.
• To design, develop and execute a Management Information System that supports business reporting structure throughout the organization.

MS 365 / SharePoint

• Maintain and develop MS 365 environment
• Developing SharePoint application to be rolled out globally

MS Azure

• Software validation in QMS healthcare system (ISO 13485)
• Manage the ICT systems security
• Conduct feasibility studies (business case) of leading edge and other technologies which the company may choose to adopt to improve effectiveness and/or the fulfillment of user requirements
• Constantly look for new or improved existing technology which can benefit to better and faster MIS systems
• Develop IT strategies in collaboration with the CFO and aligned with the Excom
• Being able to present developed business cases towards Excom to obtain companywide adoption of the project
• Responsible for the management of the assigned resources, ensuring their personal development as well as the effectiveness of the organization.
• Manage development and support recruitment of the IT team members
• Ensure resources are accurately allocated in line with business plans
• Development of yearly IT plan, budget, with targets and KPI's
• Accurately manages projects to complete each on time, on budget.

Profile:

• You have a minimum of 15 years of experience in IT within an international environment, with strong knowledge of manufacturing and finance.
• You are proficient in ERP systems, LAN/WAN networks, MS SQL, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
• You excel in using project management tools and techniques to manage resources effectively.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You bring hands-on, results-driven energy, and encourage innovation and change.
• You are a skilled trainer and mentor, able to guide users and project teams effectively.
