For the Technical Service Center & Spare Parts team, we are looking for an administrative professional to manage after-sales services. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and following up on quotes for spare parts and service interventions.
- Processing orders and maintaining customer contact via email and phone.
- Monitoring delivery times and coordinating with purchasing and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing stock levels in collaboration with the warehouse team to anticipate orders.
- Generating invoices and handling service reports.
- Collaborating with finance, logistics, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and accurate billing.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the efficiency of the after-sales process.
This role encompasses the entire Order to Cash process, ensuring efficient order management, smooth coordination across teams, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
