Function We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer with experience in SAP integrations and web development to join our team. Your technical expertise, paired with strong soft skills, will be critical to our success in reshaping the seafarer career landscape. Main responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications to support our digital platform.
• Integrate SAP solutions with our platform to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Design and implement user-friendly, secure, and responsive web interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, AI specialists) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, while ensuring data security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities, and communicating progress effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Solid experience with SAP integration, especially with modules related to HR or document management.
• Strong knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or PHP).
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead in a dynamic team.
