- Standardize ordering processes, process flows, and training.
- Implement and lead process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and 3PL partners for improvements.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and propose new enhancements.
- Develop training materials and stay updated on process tools.
- Lead transformation projects, ensuring smooth integration into daily operations.
- Perform operational ordering tasks weekly and act as a backup as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders for effective E-commerce replenishment.

- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement, with knowledge of replenishment.
- Experience in (online) retail or logistics is an added value.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Good knowledge of WMS and replenishment tools.
- Strong analytical and product management skills.
- Structured and skilled in planning and priority management.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
