Freelance Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Business Services

Financial Planning :
- Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
- Assess current financial practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement financial policies and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company goals
Financial Reporting & Compliance :
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, in alignment with GAAP, IFRS, or other applicable standards.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and Board presentations, providing clear insights into financial performance and operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, managing internal and external audits effectively.
Management & Ownership :
- Management of the external partners in charge of accounting & controlling
- Management of the administrative team in charge of payroll and administrative documents
Profiel
Successful candidate :
- Education: MBA or Master's in Finance or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business partnering, and financial analysis.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in building and leading high-performing finance teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Communication: FLUENT IN ENGLISH, French/Dutch are a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ethics and Integrity: High ethical standards and commitment to corporate responsibility.
