  Oversee daily accounting operations.

  Manage invoices, expenses, and bank reconciliations.

  Contribute to monthly financial statements (P&L and balance sheet).

  Assist in preparing annual statutory accounts.

  Coordinate with external advisors on statutory financial information.


• 
  
  Prepare VAT and Intrastat reports; liaise with tax authorities and consultants.


• 
  
  Handle daily operations of client files and third-party follow-ups.


• 
  
  Manage customer invoicing and payment collections.


• 
  
  Execute vendor payments and process debtor receipts.


• 
  
  Communicate with international clients, advisors, and professionals.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in accounting.


• 
  
  Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.


• 
  
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  Effective communication abilities.

  Fluency in English is Mandatory, FLuency in German is a significant advantage.
