As Data Privacy Expert and member of the DPO Office, you will assist in managing and overseeing the organization's data privacy program, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations, including those related to AI governance such as the AI Act. You will work closely with stakeholders to address data subject requests, privacy queries, data breaches, and DPIAs, contributing to a culture of privacy across the organization.

- Register of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Data Subject Rights & Complaints
- Incident Management
- Advisory & DPIAs
- Data Protection Agreements (DPA)
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation

- Training & Awareness

- Regulatory Tracking & Reporting
Profiel
- Education: Belgian Master's degree in Law
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in data privacy
- Certification: CIPP/M (or motivation to obtain)
- Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken)
- Tools: Knowledge of privacy-related tools (e.g., RSA Archer, OneTrust, etc.)
- Skills:
