- Suggest new innovative ways and keep up to date with the latest marketing, conceptual & food trends.
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to customer service.
- Assess the success of each experience by gathering client feedback and making necessary adjustments to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
- Represent the values and mission of Compass Group, promoting a strong and positive brand image through excellent service delivery.
Profiel
- You’ve a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sales, or a related field with experience in a similar role.
- You’re a trendwatcher able to innovate and propose the right solutions.
- You’ve strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple on-site projects simultaneously.
- You’ve creative and visual skills with an eye for detail.
- You’re able to develop creative design solutions.
- You’re highly adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re a real communicator and a food lover.
- You’re fluent in Dutch, French and English.
