Events & Digital Marketing Officer - Entertainment - Brussels

Our client is a leading entity within the Entertainment industry. They are renowned for hosting world-class events in the heart of Brussels and they looking for a enthusiastic person to join their team.

As Event & Digital Marketing Officer you will:

• Manage and maintain the ticketing system to ensure a smooth ticket sales (sale launches and operations)
• Develop, implement and optimize digital marketing strategies to ensure online presence and to promote diverse events (social media, e-mail marketing, SEO, etc.)
• Attend various events to be in contact with the customers, ensuring a smooth use of their tickets
• be the point of contact regarding the ticketing for all external parties that wishes to organize an event
• Ensure that everything goes smoothly during sales launches but also during events

A successful Event & Digital Marketing Officer should have:

• A degree in Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in Digital marketing
• Experience in event organization is a big plus
• Perfect command of Dutch & French
• A hand's on mentality
• Good analytical skills & communicative skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
