Functieomschrijving
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Assistant to join our team and assist in organizing and executing various events, from conferences to social gatherings. If you have experience in organizing large-scale events (such as Colour Café) and are fluent in both English and French, we would love to hear from you!
As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of multiple events, working closely with the event management team and vendors. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth operations, coordination, and an outstanding experience for all attendees.
Profiel
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in organizing events, including large-scale ones like festivals or concerts (e.g., Colour Café).
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who can work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
