As District Manager ad interim you will be responsible for:
- Ensure safety measures
- KPI's
- Opening new branch in Wallonia
- Harmonise processes
- Digitalisation
- Budget follow up
- Define strategy with other district managers and CEO
- Make the branches collaborate together

Profiel
Your qualifications as District Manager ad interim are:
- Technical background - HVAC is a plus
- Experience in construction is a plus
- Experience as a district manager is mandatory
- Excellent people management skills and being handson
- Languages: French and Dutch
