Digital Marketing Executive - B2B Services

A premier professional services provider in the global market. With over 7000 employees worldwide, the company is renowned for delivering top-notch services and solutions to various industries.They are looking for a Marketing Executive to handle the marketing program in Belgium which supports the company's business in maintaining its leading position in key market segments, and in growing in areas of opportunity.

As Digital Marketing Executive, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Generate business leads, applications, and brand awareness
• Initiate and support the implementation of all marketing multichannel programs as a key member of the marketing team in Belgium
• Definition of local multi-channel campaigns according to business needs
• Adaptation of regional and global CRM and Digital campaigns according to the local business strategy
• Monitoring and follow up of campaign KPIs and budget control
• Development and maintenance of local website following regional and global guidelines and projects and following local business structure and priorities
• Establish and monitor relevant targets indicators related to the marketing activities, reporting at internal level to the different relevant stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

• Previous experience in a similar marketing/digital/CRM role
• Experience in the B2B services sector or in a marketing agency
• Fluency in French and English. Dutch is a plus
• Experience with web content (SEO, calls to action, user experience)
• Experience with digital campaigns (SEM, social media, display)
• Experience with CRM campaigns (ad hoc, life cycles)
• A team player with business and results-oriented mentality with strong analytical skills
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
